NK300 Series‌: Adjust via potentiometer; LED indicators display flow status.

Installation Requirements‌

Ensure the probe is fully immersed in the medium, avoiding bubbles or impurities.

Confirm power supply (24V DC) and output signal wiring (PNP/NPN/relay, etc.).

II. Parameter Adjustment Steps‌

1. NK300 Series (Potentiometer Adjustment)‌

Flow Setting‌

Rotate the potentiometer knob (no need to remove sealed screws). Observe 6 LED indicators:

Number of lit LEDs indicates flow velocity (all lit = flow达标).

Adjust threshold per medium type:

Water: 1–150 cm/s; Oil: 3–300 cm/s; Air: 20–2000 cm/s.

Response Time‌

Default: 2 seconds (typical). Adjust sensitivity by extending/shortening initialization (~8s).

2. NK Series (Button + Color Screen Adjustment)‌

Flow/Temperature Setting‌

Enter setup mode via device buttons; screen displays real-time flow/temperature.

Configure per technical specs:

Flow dead zone: ≤0.01 m/s; Temperature gradient: ≤4°C/s.

Support for IO-Link or analog output calibration (e.g., 4–20mA ↔ flow range).
