Working Principle
Fluid-Driven Mechanism:
Liquid flow drives the measurement gears based on the gear motor principle.
Signal Generation:
One signal is emitted per gear tooth rotation, corresponding to a fixed geometric volume.
Dual non-contact sensors sample gear movement for bidirectional flow detection.
Bearing System:
Low-friction ball bearings ensure contactless operation.
Pressure-resistant non-magnetic separator isolates the sensor compartment.
Signal Processing:
A preamplifier converts raw signals to square waves.
