Turbine Water Meter

This turbine water meter adopts magnetic drive technology and a dry-type counter, making it suitable for residential scenarios. It covers specifications from DN15 to DN50 and complies with the requirements of the 2004/22/EC Measuring Instruments Directive and the European standard EN14154.

Product Features

  1. All materials in contact with water are carefully selected and have proven corrosion resistance.

  2. Classified as a cold-water meter according to current standards, it is suitable for water temperatures below 30℃ (T30) and can be safely used in environments with water temperatures up to 50℃ (T50).

  3. The counter display adopts a combined design of 5 rolling wheels (6 rolling wheels for DN40/DN50 specifications) plus 4 pointers.

  4. The impeller is the only moving part in contact with water, ensuring extremely high reliability of the product.

  5. An external water inlet filter is installed at the meter body's water inlet, allowing cleaning without breaking the metering seal.

  6. Magnetic protection design is adopted to resist the impact of external interference.

  7. A non-return valve can be optionally equipped to prevent reverse water flow.

Maximum Allowable Error (Under T30 Water Temperature Condition)

  1. When the flow rate is in the range from the Minimum Flow Rate (Q1) (inclusive) to the Transitional Flow Rate (Q2) (exclusive), the allowable error is ±5%.

  2. When the flow rate is in the range from the Transitional Flow Rate (Q2) (inclusive) to the Overload Flow Rate (Q4) (inclusive), the allowable error is ±2%.

Error Percentage Range: -6% to +5%

1. Pre-assembled Pulse Output or Pulse Output Type

The pulse transmitting device consists of a plastic housing with a reed switch and a 1.5-meter-long two-core cable (red and black 双色). A dual-reed switch configuration can be optionally equipped, paired with a 1.5-meter-long three-core cable (red, black, and blue).

Electrical Parameters: Maximum Voltage (Vmax) = 24 Volts AC/DC; Maximum Current (Imax) = 0.01 Ampere (A).
